The World Puzzle Federation is an international organization akin to the Olympic Committee in the field of intellectual puzzles. As of this year, it has 34 member organizations from various countries and regions, responsible for promoting the sport of intellectual puzzles globally through training, publications, events, and competitions.

Competitions Organized by WPF

Every year, WPF members host the World Puzzle Championship and the World Sudoku Championship, along with other regional or age-specific competitions such as the Asian Sudoku Championship and the World Junior Sudoku Championship.

Think Academy successfully applied to become a member of WPF Malaysia in 2024. In the future, we will encourage more puzzle enthusiasts to participate in world competitions. 

History of the Championships

• World Puzzle Championship (WPC): Held annually since 1992, totaling 30 editions so far.
• World Sudoku Championship (WSC): Held annually since 2007, with 16 editions to date.
